PICK UP ORDERS

All pick-up order customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pick-up at Working Class Quick Stop at Captain Tattoo (41125 Winchester Road, Suites B-1 and B-2 Temecula, CA 92591). Orders are usually ready for pick-up within 48hrs.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All of our items ship from Anza, California, USA. Orders placed by 5pm PST will ship the next business day, subject to availability. Standard shipping is through USPS and UPS. To calculate shipping costs for the desired service, add the items to your cart and enter your zip code to calculate freight costs. *Please note that deliveries by UPS are made only Monday-Friday. When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday. For example, orders placed on Friday with Next Day Air as the shipping method will not arrive until the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may not be available in all countries.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipping. To cancel your order, contact sales@workingclasstattoosupply.com or call 951-203-8144 for all of your order information.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

The customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of a missed delivery, re-delivery, and refused packages.

ADDRESS CORRECTION

The customer is responsible for additional charges that may occur due to package interception for address changes. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the billing and shipping information after placing an order.

INK / LIQUID WARNING

Working Class is NOT responsible for FROZEN liquids. If you are ordering liquids such as inks, please make sure to be at your address when the delivery driver arrives. You can do this by keeping close track of tracking numbers. Prolonged storage of liquids in cold (below freezing) areas will result in damaged products.
